Quality Assurance
All our coffees and teas are of the highest quality. If for any reason you are unhappy with the coffee or tea you have ordered we will replace it or refund your money upon its return. All equipment is covered by the usual manufacturer's warranties.

Delivery
Our intention is to ship your order within 24 hours of its receipt. We have been using Australia Parcel Post for our mail order deliveries for many years and will continue to do so unless you have specific delivery requirements.

We have had to change the shipping costs to better reflect actual cost especially having regard to some of the more distant places we ship to. Having said that we are still subsidising the shipping cost to some extent. You may check the 'real' cost at http://www.australiapost.com.au.

You now have the option of choosing registered post. This is calculated by the website at the usual rate plus a base rate of $2.50, plus $1 for every $100 or part there of value of your order. This includes insurance for your goods.

All our roasted coffee will now be shipped in 500gr laminated valve pouches with a zip lock for better storage & use.

We try to keep our prices as reasonable as possible without sacrificing quality. Our high volume of sales of roasted coffee beans enables us to bring you high quality freshly roasted coffee at the most competitive prices.

INTERNATIONAL - All customers outside Australia must first email us for a quote on shipping costs.

Security for Credit Card Transactions
All credit card details are directed through the encryption software used by our Secure Server providers. No information is kept on any server once the transaction has been completed.
