El Salvador "Las Lajas" Estate Organic Rainforest Alliance
An ethically grown high altitude coffee. Medium strong, full bodied with a delicious caramel and toffee aftertaste lingering on the palate.
Ipanema Espresso
As sweet as honey with great body and just a little nutty chocolate finish. Smooth and creamy one of our most popular selections.
Guatemala Antigua
A genuine high altitude shade grown Antigua. Genuine because much more Antigua is sold than is actually produced. It is amongst the very best of Central American coffees with deep body and Belgian Chocolate undertones.
The winner will be announced after the 27 February Oscars’ ceremony in the next edition of The Grinder.

Banish Bitter Coffee with our 3 Top Tips
Enjoy a smoother cup of coffee without any bitter aftertaste by following our 3 top tips:
- Use only freshly roasted coffee.
- Select the right grind size for your method of coffee making. If your coffee is too course it will underextract and if your coffee is too fine it will overextract affecting the taste. Experiment at home with your own grinder.
- Make sure your coffee maker is clean before brewing. Wash and dry your plunger or stovetop by hand and remove all used coffee grounds. If you have a home espresso machine, use the right cleaning chemicals for your machine.

Dragonwell (Longjing)
This Chinese Tea has been popular since the Tang Dynstay and is made from tender spring tips. A green tea that is low in caffeine and rich in vitamin C, with an exquisite flavour and delicate aroma.
Oolong (Gold King)
A high quality example of this lightly fired tea, rich in anti-oxidants with honey undertones.
Pai Mu Tan Imperial (White Tea)
Made from only the youngest buds and leaves of a special varietal tea bush, picked in spring, Pai Mu Tan Imperial has a smooth velvety flavour with a hint of nuttiness and a sweet muscatel aroma. White tea is the most natural and least processed of all the teas and is low in caffeine and high in anti-oxidants.
