How to Enter

• All new and existing Coffee Company members who spend over $50 in one transaction in our store or online during Quarterly Draw 1 & 2 will go in the draw to win.
• If a transaction over $50 is made in-store a membership/entry form must be completed and submitted at the time of purchase in-store. Current members who are shopping in-store are also required to complete the membership/entry form.
• Transactions over $50 made by logged in members online will automatically be entered into the competition.
• Each transaction over $50 will be considered a separate entry and members may enter multiple times.
• Information on how to enter and the prize details form part of these terms and conditions of entry.
• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The competition 'Promoter' is The Coffee Company ACN 118 098 285.

Prizes

In both Quarterly Draw 1 & 2 the winners will receive:

• First prize- 1 x 2009 Rancilio Silvia Espresso Machine valued at $830 inc GST.
• Second prizes- one of 10 x $50 inc GST Coffee Company gift vouchers.
• Each quarterly prize is valued at a total of $1330 inc GST. The total value of Quarterly Draw 1 & 2 prizes is $2660 inc GST.
• These prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
• In the event of such cancellation, rescheduling or unavailability of the prizes, the Promoter will endeavour, but is not obliged, to provide substitute prizes of equivalent value.

Competition Dates

• Quarterly Draw 1 commences on Tuesday 6 July 2010 at 7am and closes on Tuesday 14 September 2010 at 5pm AEST. Quarterly Draw 2 commences on Wednesday 15 September 2010 at 7am and closes on Wednesday 24 November 2010 at 5pm AEST.

Competition Draws

• Quarterly Draw 1 & 2 winners will be drawn randomly by the Coffee Company proprietors at the Coffee Company (260 Carlisle St, Balclava VIC) on Thursday 16 September 2010 (Draw 1) and Friday 26 November 2010 (Draw 2) at 6.30pm AEST.
• Promoter's decision is final and no discussion will be entered into.
• Any unclaimed prizes will be redrawn randomly by the Coffee Company proprietors at the Coffee Company (260 Carlisle St, Balclava VIC) on Friday 17 December 2010 (Draw 1) and Monday 28 February 2011 (Draw 2).

Conditions of Entry

• Valid in-store membership/entry forms will only be supplied by employees of the Promoter at the time of purchase.
• Full contact details must be provided to constitute a valid membership/entry form including full name, address, postcode, phone number and email address.
• The competition is only open to Coffee Company members with Australian postal addresses.
• Employees and immediate families of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
• Only new or existing Coffee Company members are eligible to enter.

Winner Notification

• The winners will be notified by the Promoter by mail, phone or email and will be announced in the next edition of Coffee Company e-newsletter, The Grinder.

Personal Information Collected

• Any information collected from you in the course of conducting this competition will be strictly subject to The Coffee Company's privacy policy.

Liability and Termination

• The Promoter excludes all liability for any personal injury; or any loss or damage whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition.
• The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
