Tasting notes
Our new coffee is a combination of two great single origin coffees, Brazil "Aguas Claras" Estate Genuine Yellow Bourbon and Indian Tiger Mountain together with our popular blend, Mocha Harari. The result is a medium strength, full bodied flavour with a sweet aftertaste on the palette.
Terms & conditions
The winner will receive a 1kg bag of our new coffee blend. This prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The winning entry will be selected by a Coffee Company staff vote on 21 September 2010. All entries must be original names. The winner will be contacted by email and announced on The Coffee Company blog.

- Indian Tiger Mountain is a shade grown Arabica from the highlands of the Bababudan Giris region, believed to be the birthplace of Indian Coffee. It has an excellent body and a pleasant creamy dark cocoa finish. A proportion of the raw coffee profits are donated to the 21st Century Tiger, a unique wild tiger conservation partnership between the Zoological Society of London and Global Tiger Patrol http://www.21stcenturytiger.org
- El Salvador "La Lajas" Estate is both an organic and Rainforest Alliance certified coffee. This ethically grown, high altitude coffee is medium strong and full bodied with a delicious caramel and toffee aftertaste that lingers on the palate.
- Ethiopian Harrar is a certified organic coffee from the well regarded eastern highlands of Ethiopia. It's full bodied with a well balanced earthiness to it. This single origin coffee is great as an espresso and equally at home in a plunger or filter.
