White Tea Brewing Tips

Carlisle Tea’s white tea is produced from the immature bud of the plant, while it is still covered with fine white fuzz. It is produced only in the Fujian province in China and hand-picked once per year, making it a rare treat. White tea is low in caffeine and thought to be a rich source of anti-oxidants.
