Our coffees are decaffeinated without the use of synthetic chemicals to ensure they retain their characteristic flavours and aromas. Our range of Swiss Water Decaffeinated coffees are produced through a 100% chemical free decaffeinating process, using carbon filtered water. Our Central American Decaffeinated Espresso is produced through a natural process involving the use of ethyl acetate (of which no trace is left).
