Subscription Terms and Conditions

  • Subscriptions commence on the day you order.
  • Coffee will be delivered via Australia Post receipted delivery (signature required).
  • Coffee will be delivered by normal standard shipping only. Express post is not available.
  • Please provide an Australian postal address or PO Box.
  • Subscriptions are non-refundable.
  • Changes are not permitted with respect to the duration, frequency and amount of coffee ordered.
  • A permanent change to the type of subscription is permitted without altering the duration, frequency and amount of coffee ordered with 5 working days notice.
  • The permanent nominated delivery address may be changed with 5 working days notice.
